Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access our platform. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify Asia Insight Atelier immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Participation is limited to legal entities or individuals of legal age within their respective jurisdictions.
Acceptable Use Policy

No redistribution of the Atelier's methodology or visual assets to third-party consultants or competitors.
Derived data insights belong to the client; the underlying logic and software belong to the Atelier.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Limitation of Liability
Asia Insight Atelier shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our performance management tools. Decisions made based on our metrics remain the sole responsibility of the user.
